Changelog

At WageLoop, we update our calculators on a regular basis to make sure they reflect the latest federal tax brackets, state tax rates, Medicare premiums, and industry averages. This page tracks every update we make to our free financial tools. We never hide changes from our users — if we adjust a formula, add a new state, or update tax data, you will see it here first.

How often do we update?

Federal tax brackets and standard deductions are updated every January, when the IRS publishes the new year's numbers. State tax rates and property tax averages are reviewed quarterly. Insurance premium estimates are updated twice per year, based on the latest industry data from NAIC and J.D. Power. If you notice any number that looks out of date, please contact us and we will fix it within 48 hours.

We will also be adding interactive charts to our mortgage and compound interest calculators in the next update. If there is a calculator you would like to see on WageLoop, please reach out via our contact page — we build the tools our users ask for.

All our calculations are based on official data from the IRS, SSA, DOL, and state revenue departments. Results are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Read our full disclaimer for more details.
